Facing death amid nuclear armageddon, a group of strangers in a convenience store witness the reality of human nature and personal remorse.

The Last Day is a short film that explores the final, chaotic moments before a nuclear holocaust told through the eyes of regular people, in a regular place, far from the reality that caused it. We follow Samantha, a recent college graduate, heading to her first, real job interview. A brief stop into a convenience store, simply going about her daily routine, changes everything. In an instant, Samantha and the hapless others within the walls of the mundane gas station must grapple with their life decisions when faced with the knowledge that they will most likely die in less than thirty minutes.
